The Buzz Refund Policy
1. Objective.
Our objective is to provide the best possible standard of service to visitors and members of The Buzz. It is appreciated that circumstances may arise where it is necessary for you to cancel a booking or for us to do so - for example when the centre has to be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Whilst we are exempt from most of the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - they do not apply to The Buzz due to the nature of our business (leisure etc.) - the purpose of our policy is to clearly state when a refund is available and the terms applicable.
2. What is The Buzz's refund policy?
In the event of cancellation by either party we will initially offer an alternative date at no extra charge or refund the payment received on the following terms where applicable:-
Payment made by debit card or cheque: 100% - full refund.
Payment made by credit card: 95% - to recover commission and other charges.
3. Application.
Refunds will be made in the following circumstances - you do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
Online Bookings:
(a) In the event of the centre being closed or the centre not being available to you for any other reason.
(b) Informing us prior to the date/time selected to play that you wish to withdraw the booking.
Deposits paid for online bookings:
A 50% deposit must be paid when making a booking online. The remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival at The Buzz.
4. How to cancel:
Should you wish to cancel your booking please contact us quoting your booking reference number either by:-

4 . Refunding payments:
Bookings paid for by debit or credit card on our website will be refunded directly to the debit or credit card from which the payment was made. Bookings paid for by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will normally be made within 21 days of the refund application.
