- Open 7 days a week from 10am – 6pm
- The last booking is 4pm
- For soft play we recommend that arms and legs must be covered and socks must be won at all times (socks may be purchased at reception)
- 7 themed party rooms available
- Party rooms are booked on blocks of 2 hours
- There must be a minimum number of 10 people for parties
- Baby changing facilities
- Safe, fun play areas for children
- In order for us to prepare your parties it is essential that we have the guests number confirmed 72 hours prior to the date of the event
- On-line or telephone bookings accepted
- Dedicated staff on site at all time
- Qualified first aider always available
- Session times apply during busy periods
- The Buzz Cafe has a healthy eating policy
- Full disabled access and facilities available throughout the centre
- Group bookings welcomed
- Block bookings accepted
- Lockers are available for valuables
